Think of the children!

By: Tom | April 24th, 2007

Let’s put aside all the recent controversies and wild transfer speculation surrounding the Fire, and think about the CHILDREN for once.

Or, rather, the Fire are playing UIC tomorrow, and it’s all for the good of Chicago Scores, a great local children’s charity. Here are the details, courtesy of Section 8:

Chicago will be playing UIC on Wednesday, 25 April at Flames Field in the West Loop. We are looking for a strong (100+) S8 contingent for this one. Plus, it’s for all for charity.

We will be meeting at Morgan’s before and after the match (Halsted/Maxwell) and walking together to the stadium about 20min prior to kickoff. This will be a great match to bring friends and first-timers.

For tickets
• PayPal $12 to s8ctransfers@yahoo.com
• See Pete (w/the merchandise) at the tailgate with $12 and your name and number.
• Buy for $12 at the door (based on availability)

Hope to see all of you there!
