But Tom, you haven't answered the question that has been keeping us non-Chicago fans on the edge of our seats: How were the Chip Butties?

Yes, you are correct - every goal. I thought that at the time, as well, although I didn't connect the injury with the disorganization which led to Toronto's second goal until my second viewing.

The other thing about the Rolfe injury was that as soon as he went off, I had no faith we could score - I think I'm right that he has scored or assisted every goal this season so far?

I was just watching the game on FSC again. It seems like Rolfe's injury cost us the game. I mean, first he went down and, right as Segares got the ball into the area with a clear chance to assist, the ref blew the whistle. Then, while Mapp was talking to Rolfe at midfield, Toronto took the goal kick and peppered the Chicago area until we were spread out (having only nine men, and I think Mapp was still with Rolfe). Seems to me like shotty work on the part of the ref (especially not allowing Chicago to play advantage when there clearly was one).

Lincoln - before the Toronto game, I'd been thinking that I'd give Dave time, especially with Blanco soon arriving to liven the attack up. The performances have been disappointing but at least we ground out results.

But if he can't organise a defensive-orientated team to mark the back post adequately, you have to wonder about his coaching abilities. 6 goals conceded in two games is not good enough, and Blanco won't solve that problem.

Ok Folks,

Is it just me or is it time for some change at the top?

I've watched every minute of every game this season. Even the 3 victories were so underwhelming that I couldn't help but know the result of Saturday's match would not be good. And I suggest that many from Section 8 felt the same.

The coaching is weak, uninteresting and unimaginative.

Guppy - get our from behind the desk old man.

I'm not sure, Clint - the Fire have so many rivalries now it's a bit out of control. First it was Dallas, then New England, and now Toronto? We'll have to see how things develop, I suppose.

After another game like that, can we officially make Toronto-Chicago the best rivalry in MLS?
