		<description>SF was only closed for less than two years.  I respectfully disagree that SF&#039;s age was the cause (that said, I&#039;ve never heard a good reason).  OSF was good enough for the 1994 World Cup and for the Bears.  While it was indeed aging, that didn&#039;t stop places like the Cotton Bowl, the Rose Bowl, the LA Coliseum, Foxboro, RFK, Giants Stadium, and others from getting USMNT games during that period.</description>

		<description>It is always a party when Brazil comes to town.  Show up plenty early, Tom, so you can soak up the samba atmosphere.  Nice to see the US play a big country too.  I hope Brazil sends its big guns.</description>

		<description>Just remember that despite the fact that USSF headquarters are here, Chicago did not host a USMNT game from something like 1993 until 2005 (US vs Poland, I think was the 2005 game).  It seems that suddenly the taps have been opened.</description>
